Electron Beam Treatment Vessels

The definitive solution for precision irradiation of challenging materials

MBL's proprietary electron beam treatment vessel technology allows for automated irradiation treatment of challenging materials including moisture laden, toxic, corrosive, or mechanically abrasive media at effectively unlimited irradiation doses in the MGy class and beyond, bypassing the dose and dose rate limits of prior approaches.

MBL's treatment vessels achieve industry leading destruction of PFAS compounds in soils and sediments with demonstrated reduction from >50,000 to 0 ppb PFAS (all analytes) at competitive throughput and energy consumption.

MBL has performed full system design, analysis, and integration support from paper requirements to operational system under contract, including thermal, vacuum, pressure, moisture, and organic vapor management solutions under extreme SWaP (Size, Weight, and Power) constraints.

MBL's capabilities allow rapid prototype, test, and deployment of our in-house designs on rapid timelines as quick as 60 days from concept to delivered hardware.
